Join them on October 19, 2024, for another enlightening workshop: Invite Spirit In and Get an RSVP!

Cindi Sansone-Braff and Pauline Raphaela's Spiritual WorkshopsIs this all there is?

Or is there another world for us to step into after we leave this one?

Do we really have a guardian angel who stands stalwart by us in good times and bad?

Are we ever truly alone?

Is there a Heaven—A place so magnificent it takes your breath away when you see it and will you see it?

There are some evolved humans who profess to have the answers to these searching questions. They may call themselves guides, teachers of a sort or if you believe in them, psychics.

Cindi Sansone-Braff and Pauline Raphaela are professed psychics. They speak of seemingly unbelievable experiences like talking to those who have crossed over and even talking to Christ. Their mission is to get the word out to the rest of us mere mortals that there is a higher plain when we are done with this earthly existence. But until we reach it, we can make the most of our time here on earth.

Cindi and Pauline give assurance that we have spirit guides or angels ready to assist us; we must believe that and learn how to connect with them. That is the message of their workshops like the most recent one “Invite Spirit In and Get An RSVP!” presented at YogaSix in Plainview.

This was an all-encompassing four-hour session that included meditation, guided discussions, and a comprehensive look at how to invite spirit into our lives. At the end, Pauline treated the sold-out crowd by playing singing bowls that lulled everyone into a beautiful, calming state of mind.

You might choose to throw your hands up and exclaim, “How absurd! There are no such things as higher spirits who will assist me in times of need!” Even if you choose to disbelieve, there are life lessons taught by Cindi and Pauline that offer enrichment and if you choose, you can leave the psychic element alone.

The workshop started with a discussion on kindness versus being taken advantage of. We all have a hand at spreading kindness in this world through our acts, speaking kindly to others and by helping others. But this doesn’t mean forsaking your needs for those of someone else. Who hasn’t at one time, or another been the helper only to have all the good you do get kicked back in your face. Who should come first in your life, you or the person seeking your help? Cindi declares, “You need to come first. You cannot be the strong helper for someone who will take advantage of you, someone who takes every last drop of your strength leaving you burnt out and floundering.” She speaks truth.

“Don’t let others walk all over you, not even your boss,” Cindi says emphatically. Think about that. How many of us are people pleasers? We feel we must do the bidding of our boss. Why? What do we get out of it in the long run? Most assuredly, we get a boss who will demand and expect more of us, not one who will appreciate that we have gone that extra mile.

Does this sound familiar? Can you relate? Are you in that uncomfortable position now at work? What has going out of your way to please your boss, your friend or your relative done for you? Is it appreciated or are you simply called upon to kowtow to them repeatedly?

Cindi’s message is to have respect for ourselves first. We must take care of ourselves and we must not give our power away. When we relinquish power, we are exhausted and miserable. Cindi reminds us that stress causes illness and keeps us from opening a vortex toward a higher being.

An important tip is to allow for quiet self-reflection. We all need peacefulness to connect with our inner voice. And while we are enjoying that quiet time, we may bring in affirmations, those positive thoughts that serve to calm us, to connect us with our inner being.

Cindi reminds us to let go of stressors. Do you tend to recall the same upsetting experiences over and over? Don’t harp on them for they are like scabs that keep you irritated. Let stressors go!

These are a few of the self-help topics covered at the workshop. Isn’t this what you might discuss at a therapist’s office? Cindi and Pauline are extraordinary and so evolved with profound wisdom, two sages spreading truths leaving us uplifted and ready to go forward in a new, healthier direction.

They also touched on the supernatural. Is there really reincarnation? Cindi gives a very thoughtful example that babies until the age of three are still connected to the other side and may still see their guardian angels. Around three years old however, they lose that connection. You can almost see that in their changed demeanor.

Another fascinating subject is those messages sent from the other side. Cindi and Pauline encourage us to be aware of our surroundings, so we recognize these messages when they come. Consider a song popping up on your radio that brings you directly to thoughts of a deceased loved one. That happened to me driving on the way to this workshop. Maybe you glance at a license plate that signals a loved one. Shortly after my mom passed away, I became aware of her initials suddenly appearing on license plates. Was she sending me a message? Feathers floating directly in your path could be signs from beyond. Ever since my friend’s loved one passed, she constantly finds white feathers in the most unlikely places. The same is true with seeing a coin on the ground. It seems dimes are the coin of choice to our deceased loved ones. How many of us receive angel numbers regularly? I became aware of them shortly after my beloved dachshund, Madison, passed. I still see these angel numbers constantly throughout my day and in the middle of the night: numbers like 11:11, 3:33, and 4:44. If angel numbers come to you, they might be messages from loved ones assuring you that they are still by your side.

An important takeaway encouraged by both Cindi and Pauline is to appreciate the world around us, from the birds singing to the flowers blooming to the waves lapping to a vivid sunset. Take in all these sights and sounds, for they may lead to a higher insight or a higher spirit.

These two wise sages offer so many truths and lessons to live by all delivered in a four-hour enlightening session. I can most assuredly report that those who participated in this workshop that I attended came away with a greater sense of fulfillment.

By popular demand, they are scheduled to return to YogaSix in Plainview.
