Intrusive Energy is Everywhere

Intrusive energy is simply energy that does not belong to you and yet it finds it way into your energy field. It can be in the form of thoughts and feelings from other people, or electromagnetic energy from a microwave, TV, cell phone, computer, telephone wire, underground stream, radiation, power plant, and so on.

It is difficult to get away from these various energies because we are surrounded by them. As the age of technology advances far beyond our wildest dreams, so do the electromagnetic currents which are created by that technology — and they are not harmonious currents with the human energy field.

We know that electromagnetic energy from appliances, computers and cell phones can be dangerous to our health. As an energetically sensitive person myself, I can’t sit in front of the computer for long periods of time — it throws off my natural electromagnetic balance and I feel tired, spaced out, or at times over stimulated. Then I need to re-balance my natural energy field with meditation or some form of energy healing.

But intrusive energy can also be in the form of thoughts and words. Of course if someone says something hurtful to you, the energy of those words becomes part of your being and it does not feel good. We are surrounded by people who constantly think in negative ways or who hold onto emotions such as anger, fear, hatred and insecurity. No one is immune to these energies unless you have created a strong sense of Self.

There is another form of intrusive energy that you might not be aware of in the form of thoughts and words. When you impose your thoughts onto another person, you are imposing intrusive energy. Questions such as: ‘When are you going to start trying to get pregnant?’ or ‘Why don’t you just have surgery to remove that mole?’ or statements such as, ‘Just leave that job and find another one’ or ‘Go ahead and buy that extra pair of shoes, you deserve it.’

While these questions and statements may seem meaningless, in truth they are not. As soon as you impose your thoughts or feelings into another person, you have intruded into their individual thought process and may be causing pressure on that person to make a decision they are not ready to make. It is best not to impose your thoughts, feelings and beliefs on others, unless they ask for your advice.

To keep out intrusive energy is to protect your self from it. Meditate and envision yourself surrounded by white light while affirming that all energy that does not belong to you is released. Practice this daily and set your intention to release foreign energy. If it’s energy from another person, just send it back to that person and say, “I return your energy to you.”

If you don’t intrude into another’s energy, your energy won’t be intruded upon.
